Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States.

Do you charge for shipping?
No. We offer Free Shipping on all orders with no additional cost.

How long does delivery take?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 4–7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

What is the order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is 7:00 PM.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What if my order is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:

American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Installment options may be available through Klarna, depending on eligibility.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you placed the wrong order, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, replacement, or credit.

What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact our customer support immediately with your order details, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
