Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Method and Cost
All orders are shipped using our Free Shipping method:

There are no additional shipping charges for any order within the United States.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day
Order Cut-Off Time: 7:00 PM
Delivery Time
- Estimated Shipping Time: 4–7 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (including processing time)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries
- Additional charges may apply for re-shipment
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost:

- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, replacement, or credit.
Returns and Shipping
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- If a customer places a wrong order, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility
- Return processing time is 7 days after the item is received and inspected
