Refund policy
At Vakanica, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Method
All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.
Return Label
A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package.
To return an item:
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the prepaid return label
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label
If you've misplaced the return label, please contact us to request a new one.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a customer error (such as ordering the wrong size or item), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide support accordingly
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for qualifying items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

- Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time: 4–7 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days
- Order Cut-Off Time: 7:00 PM
We currently ship only within the United States, and all orders qualify for Free Shipping.
